- Low solvent retention/low odour
- Can run at speeds from 60 to 500 meters per minute
- Suitable for retort and boil in bags
- Extremely stable and excellent reusability feature resulting in less wastage
- Better productivity due to higher press speeds than conventional inks
- Added mileage benefits.
- Low VOC’s
- Low print grammage with increase in bond strengths
- Plain Polyester (Above 38 dynes/cm)
- Corona Treated Polyester (Above 48 dynes/cm)
- Chemical coated Polyester
- Nylon (BOPA)
- Corona Treated BOPP (Above 38 dynes/cm)
(for solvent less and extrusion lamination please consult with our technical team before use) Jikelele has been formulated to have extremely low solvent retention for all food grade applications This ink system has excellent re-wettability and has excellent reproduction of half tone even at high speed

Performance Enhancer’sThis product is to be added to the last colour (in case of full coating, if the last colour is not having full coating please consult our technical team for details) in the ratio of 3% to the ink and medium quantity. Hardener addition enhances the bond strength and resistance properties. This product is recommended to be added upto 3% of the ink and medium quantity of last colour (in case of full coating, if the last colour is not having full coating please consult our technical team for details). This is recommended to avoid blocking when substrate is both sides treated or having high ink GSM. Ester Blend A full range of Jikelele colours is available.
Note: Any particular pigment resistance requirements (e.g. Light fastness, chemical resistance etc.) should be identified at time of ordering. Care should be exercised in the disposal of printing ink waste. This should be carried out in accordance with good industrial practice observing all the appropriate regulations including the relevant guideline notes to the Environment Conservation Act and Regulations (73/1989) Full details appear on the Material Safety Data Sheet.
